Anita S. Fraser is a seasoned law enforcement leader with 38 years of progressive experience who rose to senior command, including roles as a Training Commander, Assistant Training Academy Director, and executive-level leader. Her career spanned corrections, patrol and field training, crime analysis, and the training academy, where she developed and oversaw recruit, firearms, intermediate, advanced, and specialized programs.
She now channels decades of frontline and command experience into developing the next generation of ethical, resilient leaders. She currently also serves as Chief of Staff at a large Atlanta faith-based organization.
